Brother MFC-J4335DW Driver and Software Download. It’s simple to find space for the Brother MFC-J4335DW all-in-one printer in even a small home office. Contrary to many tiny AIOs that fit that description, it offers some unique advantages, most notably an exceptionally cheap total cost of ownership (buy price plus running cost). In addition to printing, scanning, and copying, the MFC-J4335DW also functions as a stand-alone fax machine and enables you to send faxes from your computer using either the Brother faxing application or a driver that allows you to fax from virtually any Windows software. Its paper handling for printing is ideal for the majority of personal, home, and micro-office uses.

In addition to the 150-sheet drawer, there is a bypass tray that allows you to feed in single sheets of letterhead or other specialty paper. The MFC-J4335DW features automatic duplexing as do the majority of modern printers (double-sided printing). Brother suggests a job cycle of between 250 and 2,000 pages per month. However, a more reasonable maximum is 150 pages every week, or around 600 pages per month, unless you’re okay replenishing the paper tray every few days.
You’ll probably want a printer with a bigger capacity if you print a lot more than that. For the price, the paper handling for scanning, copying, and faxing is a little on the small side. The MFC-J4335DW offers a benefit over the majority of less priced AIOs, along with the bulk of the competitors at this price range and above: an automated document feeder (ADF) in addition to its letter-size flatbed. Twenty pages, up to legal size, can be handled by the ADF.
The scanning software won’t automatically interfile the pages in the correct order if you physically flip the stack over to scan the second side, so keep in mind that it is only capable of single-sided scanning. Most of the time, this won’t be a problem, but if you need to scan or copy two-sided documents, it might be. Downloadable Brother apps are available for both iOS and Android mobile devices.
